- Subscription & Fees: Every reporter/user is required to pay a registration/subscription fee of ₹200 per year. This fee is for maintaining the digital identity kit and access to the dashboard.
- Renewal: The subscription is valid for one year from the date of payment and must be renewed annually to keep the ID card active.
- Advertising & Content: Connect News displays advertisements (Direct or Third-party like Google AdSense). Users and reporters agree to see ads while using the portal. Reporters are not allowed to claim any share in the website’s global advertising revenue unless a separate written contract exists.
- Code of Conduct: ID cards are for identification only. Any misuse for illegal activities will lead to immediate termination of the account without a refund.
- Governing Law: Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
